O’Reilly Auto Parts Hub Deal Secured During Due Diligence
Before closing on the acquisition, our leasing team locked in a long-term lease with O’Reilly Auto Parts for a new hub location — a strategic expansion for the retailer in the Southern California market.
The new O’Reilly is expected to open in Q4 2025, following interior buildout and site improvements led by TCII.
