With excellent visibility, high traffic counts, and a strong retail corridor location, the vacant Walgreens was a prime candidate for repositioning.
Before the acquisition was even completed, TCII & its partner Ladue Interests successfully secured a long-term lease with Harbor Freight Tools, a leading national retailer in the discount tool and equipment space.
By finalizing the Harbor Freight lease during due diligence, we were able to:
